29 Jan Unemployment in Lahore Pakistan
Lately there has been overwhelming increase in the level of unemployment in our country, it is important to consider by our government why it is happening and what measures should be taken to decline the unemployment rate accordingly.
One reason at present is economic crises in our country, despite the fact population here is paying full tax to the government but due to corruption they are not using or managing the tax amount in proper way. That’s the reason we are having badly energy crises; because of which, all industries shutting off and as a consequence all the labor working in factory getting jobless by employer. As if supply of energy will be less and demand is higher, then how industrial sector can remain in motion.
On the other hand, according to the recent survey, there has been massive increase in the population of our country and this trend is still intact, this is also one of the fundamental causes that playing predominant role in increase of unemployment. For example, if any employer advertises only one job in media then next day more than few hundreds applications will be submitted by the applicants.
In spite of this situation, I think there are some ways to tackle this issue. Firstly government should use the tax amount to increase number of damns and power generation sectors; such as, government can also invest money to install solar and wind energy system to generate enough power despite the fact we are having natural resources available in our country.
Furthermore, government should also introduce new rules to limit the number of child for individual family to overcome the unemployment rate.
In conclusion, there are some reasons that supporting an increase of unemployment, but solution are always available to solve the matters before they get worse further.
