PHD statistics program was first time introduced in spring 2004. You should have a degree in M.Phil statistics in order to apply for this program. The entry exam is going to resemble the GRE exam. The duration of this program is anywhere from 3 to 5 years. The medium of instruction is English and the program requires face to face teaching. A total of 20 credit hours are required. The program includes workshop, thesis , practical and viva.
