There are many kinds of acid like sulphuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid etc. Some are strong and some are weak. They are used depending upon their Charteristics . Sulphuric acid is known as king of acid because of its ability to dissolve any thing and is used as a raw material in almost everything. Some weak acids are used in textile industries.
